How an energy brief actually runs

The discipline decides part of the workflow, but most of it is the same. Whether the role is a wind-turbine technician on a Hornsea installation campaign or an HSE advisor on a North Sea production platform, we follow the same steady process so nothing slips.

1. Discipline-specific brief

We come into the briefing call ready. If it is offshore, we know which OPITO and GWO modules matter for that role. If it is subsea, we know the difference between IMR and construction-support roles. We will not waste your call asking the basics.

2. Salary calibration against the rotation

Every shortlist is calibrated against current UK energy salary data plus what we are seeing live across the desk this month. Rotation patterns drive day rates and base salary differently. If the band looks low for the rotation, we will tell you before we start.

3. Vetted, ranked shortlist

Three to six candidates per brief, properly vetted. OPITO / GWO / MIST / OGUK medical certifications verified before introduction. We rank, we do not just send.

4. Offer and mobilisation support

We coordinate the offer, manage counter-offer pressure, line up the start date and mobilisation, and check in at day 7, 30 and 90.
